How to Order

To order directly from MIDI Solutions call 1 800 561 MIDI (1 800 561 6434) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. International customers call +1 604 794 3013. You can also fax in your order to +1 604 794 3396, or send an email to orders@midisolutions.com.

Payment may be made by

• Visa
• MasterCard
• prepaid by sending us a check or money order (please allow 1 week for checks to clear)
• C.O.D. (within the U.S. or Canada only - there is a $7 surcharge on C.O.D. orders, only cashier's check or money orders accepted).

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

If for any reason you decide you would like to return a product, you have up to 30 days to do so. Please contact us and we will provide you with return shipping instructions (shipping charges and preprogramming fees are non-refundable).

U.S. Customers for your convenience all orders are shipped from within the U.S. (no customs hassles!).

Canadian Customers 5% GST is added to all orders within Canada, 7% PST is added to all orders within British Columbia.
